此系列低溫真空干燥箱適用于在高溫下易分解、聚合或變質(zhì)的熱敏性物料的干燥。在干燥前可進(jìn)行消毒處理、干燥過 程中無任何不純物混入物料,在制藥、食品、化工、電子等行業(yè)廣泛應(yīng)用。
將被干燥物料處于真空條件下,進(jìn)行加熱干燥,低溫真空干燥箱是利用真空泵進(jìn)行抽氣抽濕,加快了干燥速率。當(dāng)加 熱溫度恒定, 提高真空度, 能加快干燥速率。當(dāng)真空度恒定, 提高加熱溫度, 能加快干燥速率。既提高真空度, 又提高加 熱溫度,則大大加快干燥速率。
This series of low temperature vacuum drying oven is suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials that are easy to decompose, polymerize or deteriorate at high temperatures. It can be disinfected before drying, and no impurity is mixed into the material during the drying process, which is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, electronics and other industries.
The material to be dried is heated and dried under vacuum conditions. The low-temperature vacuum drying oven uses a vacuum pump to pump air and moisture, which speeds up the drying rate. When the heating temperature is constant and the vacuum degree is increased, the drying rate can be accelerated. When the vacuum degree is constant, increasing the heating temperature can speed up the drying rate. If the vacuum degree is increased and the heating temperature is increased, the drying rate is greatly accelerated.

●干燥箱通過加熱板層的設(shè)計(jì),比傳統(tǒng)真空箱有更大的加熱面積,加熱更均勻;
●為便于每一處物料都能同步干燥,它在設(shè)計(jì)上對(duì)加熱料用器皿\加熱板層的平整度要求更高:
●低溫真空干燥箱采用壓縮氣體形成“氣針/氣刀”有效刺破/切破結(jié)皮,加快濃縮進(jìn)程,避免爆沸造成的溢盤逃料;
●側(cè)面多通道抽真空/補(bǔ)氣,使系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的真空,在使用板層加熱后,依然均勻,同時(shí)有效避免了冷凝水回流至物料內(nèi),造成 局部不干燥而影響干燥速度;
●可選配 CIP 清洗系統(tǒng)(帶蒸汽潤洗、浸泡、噴淋等多種清洗模式)。
● The system achieves balance by controlling heat-vacuum, so that the material is in a moderate to high boiling state without overflow (monitored) throughout the whole process;
● The material is dried in the boiling state, and the extract block is in a loose and porous state. After crushing, the density of the fine powder pile is smaller and easier to dissolve;
● Through the design of heating plate, the drying box has a larger heating area and more uniform heating than the traditional empty box;
● In order to facilitate the synchronous drying of each material, it has higher requirements for the flatness of the heating material utensils \ heating plate layer in the design:
● The low-temperature vacuum drying oven uses compressed gas to form a "gas needle/gas knife" to effectively puncture/cut the crust, speed up the concentration process, and avoid the overflow caused by explosion and boiling;
● Side multi-channel vacuum/aeration, so that the vacuum in the system, after the use of plate heating, is still uniform, and effectively avoid condensation water back into the material, causing local drying and affecting the drying speed;
● Optional CIP cleaning system (with steam washing, soaking, spraying and other cleaning modes).
